He is trained and certified to work with over 20 different boilers and heating transfer systems, and has extensive experience installing both small and large scale custom radiant systems. Some of his recent work includes a small artist studio in Marin, a 30,000 sq. ft. house in the heart of San Francisco and multi unit buildings looking to redesign their outdated and inefficient central heating systems.
John Pollard, Founder and President
John is the founder of SF Ecoworks and a 3rd generation
contractor who has been installing new radiant and solar systems for over 20 years. Originally from the Northeast, after moving to Lake Tahoe in the 1990’s , John was surprised to learn that radiant heat systems were something of a rarity on the West Coast. Johns experience with progressive energy solutions and his innovative design, has made SF Ecoworks a leader in custom eco-conscious and efficient heating systems throughout the Bay area.
